Dongguang County is located in the southeastern part of China's Hebei Province, under Cangzhou City, and is situated in the hinterland of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan area in the North China Plain. It has a total area of 710 square kilometers and a population of about 360,000 people. With a long history, the county was established in the Qin Dynasty, and was named after the fiefdom of the "Marquis of Dongguang". The Beijing-Shanghai Railway and Beijing-Taiwan Expressway run through the whole area, and the transportation is convenient.
Dongguang is a nationally recognized production base for packaging machinery, with the title of "Hometown of Chinese Carton Machinery" and more than 500 related enterprises. Agriculture is mainly wheat and corn cultivation, and jujube is a geographical indication product. In recent years, it has been actively developing new energy, high-end equipment manufacturing and other emerging industries.
There are cultural landmarks such as the Tiefo Temple (an ancient temple of the Northern Song Dynasty), Ma Zhiyuan Memorial Hall (the former residence of one of the four great masters of Yuan dynasty music), and Xun Huisheng's former residence. The folk art Dongguang Blow Song is listed in the provincial intangible cultural heritage. The International Carton Machinery Expo is held every year to attract global businessmen.
São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
