Dexing is located in the northeastern part of Jiangxi Province, China, under Shangrao City, at the junction of Gan, Zhejiang and Anhui provinces, with a total area of 2,101 square kilometers. As a city with a long history, Dexing is famous for its mining industry, known as the "Copper Capital of China", and is rich in mineral resources, especially copper, gold and silver. Dexing also has beautiful natural landscapes, such as the Damao Mountain Scenic Spot, which attracts many tourists. The economy is dominated by industry, with agriculture and tourism developing synergistically. Transportation is convenient, with Jingwu Chang Highway and other highways running through the whole territory.
Dexing has a deep cultural heritage and is one of the birthplaces of Gan Opera, preserving many traditional folk customs and ancient buildings. The local ecological environment is excellent, with high forest coverage and emphasis on sustainable development, and has been awarded the title of "National Forest City". Dexing is an important ecological and industrial base in Jiangxi Province, where the pace of life is relaxed and suitable for exploring nature and history.
Irving (Irmo) is a small town on the border of Lexington and Richland counties in the U.S. state of South Carolina, located about 12 miles northwest of the state capital, Columbia. As part of the greater Columbia metropolitan area, Irving is known for its quality school district, peaceful neighborhood environment, and convenient city amenities.
Situated on the banks of the Congaree River and adjacent to the famous Saluda River, Irving is rich in natural beauty. According to the 2020 Census, the town has a population of approximately 12,000, and is predominantly white while having a diverse community structure. Its name is derived from the initials of Capitol C. Irmo, an early railroad executive.
