Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Yanshan County, belonging to Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, is located in the eastern part of the North China Plain, east of the Bohai Sea, south of Shandong Province, and is a node city at the junction of Hebei and Shandong.
