Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Xinshi is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Hebei Province, administered by Baoding City, and located in the core area of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan area.
