Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Xinshe is located in the northern part of Taichung City, Taiwan, China, and is a typical township combining agriculture and tourism. It takes about 40 minutes by car from Taichung City and is adjacent to Dongshi and Shigang districts, with convenient transportation to the Guguan Hot Spring area. Highway 21 is the main connecting road, which is suitable for planning a day trip to Taichung Mountain City.
