Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Xihe District is a municipal district of Fuxin City, Liaoning Province, located in the southeastern part of the city's urban area, named after the Xihe River that runs through the whole area, and is one of the political, economic and cultural core areas of Fuxin City.
