Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Suide County is located in the north of Shaanxi Province, China, southeast of Yulin City, located in the hinterland of the Loess Plateau, is an important historical and cultural city at the confluence of the Wuding River and the Dali River.
