Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Shushi County, belonging to Kashgar Region of Xinjiang, is located at the northern foot of the Pamir Plateau and the western edge of the Tarim Basin, and was an important post on the southern route of the ancient Silk Road.
