Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Sanchong District is located in the western part of New Taipei City, Taiwan Province of China, and is part of the core satellite city of the Taipei metropolitan area.
