Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Located in the southern part of the Tibet Autonomous Region of China, Shigatse is the second largest city in Tibet, at an altitude of about 3,840 meters above sea level, and is known as the "Home of Barley in the World" and the "Home of Mount Everest".
