Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Renhe District is a municipal district under the jurisdiction of Panzhihua City, Sichuan Province, located in the southernmost tip of Sichuan Province, at the Sichuan-Yunnan border, with a total area of 1,727 square kilometers. The district belongs to the typical subtropical hot and dry river valley climate, with an average annual temperature of 20.3℃ and 2,700 hours of sunshine per year, which is known as "Sunshine Flower City".
