Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Qujiang District is located in the west of Zhejiang Province, upstream of the Qiantang River, at the crossroads of four provinces, namely Zhejiang, Fujian, Gan and Anhui, and has been the gateway to the "four provinces thoroughfare" since ancient times.
