Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Qianshan, located in the southwestern part of Anhui Province, at the southeast foot of Dabie Mountain, belonging to Anqing City, is the former capital of the ancient state of Anhui, and has the reputation of "the source of Anhui, the ancient capital of the state of Anhui, the hometown of Erqiao, the ancestor of Peking Opera, and the hometown of Huangmei".
