Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Pulandian District is located in the south of Liaoning Province and the east side of Liaodong Peninsula, belonging to Dalian City, and is an important northern gateway area of Dalian City.
