Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Moyamba is the second largest city in the West African country of Sierra Leone, located about 180 kilometers east of the capital, Freetown, and serves as the administrative center and a major economic hub for the Moyamba District.
