Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Located in the northern part of Shaanxi Province in China, Miri County is a cultural city with a long history, belonging to Yulin City and located in the hinterland of Loess Plateau. Miri is also an important site for red tourism, preserving the revolutionary sites from the period when the CPC Central Committee was fighting in northern Shaanxi.
