Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Maanshan is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Anhui Province, located on the south bank of the lower reaches of the Yangtze River, adjacent to Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, and an important member of the Yangtze River Delta city cluster. It is named after the legend that the saddle of the war horse Xiang Yu, the king of Chu, fell to the ground and turned into a mountain when he killed himself on the Wujiang River. As an important iron and steel industrial base in China, Maanshan Iron and Steel Company Limited (Maanshan Iron and Steel) is famous all over the country, known as "Steel City".
