Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Longchuan County is located in the northeast of Guangdong Province, southeast of Heyuan City, upstream of the Dongjiang River. It is the "Northeast Gateway" of Guangdong and one of the important birthplaces of Hakka culture, and is known as the "Ancient County of a Thousand Years". Since the thirty-third year of Emperor Qin Shi Huang (214 BC) set up the county, so far has a history of more than 2,200 years, is one of the oldest retained county seat in Guangdong, Tuo City in the territory of the former site of Longchuan County in the Qin Dynasty, there are many cultural relics and monuments, such as the King of the wells, Zhengxiang Pagoda.
