Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Liulin County is located in the western part of Shanxi Province, China, under Lvliang City, on the east bank of the Yellow River and across the river from Shaanxi Province.
