Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Lianzhou, a county-level city under the administration of Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province, is located at the junction of Guangdong, Hunan and Guilin provinces (regions), upstream of Lianjiang River, a tributary of the Beijiang River, and has been a transportation hub and a major commercial and trade town in Lingnan since ancient times.
