Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Located in the northern part of Guangdong Province and administered by Shaoguan City, Lechang City is situated at the junction of Guangdong and Hunan, known as the "Gateway to Northern Guangdong" and an important transportation hub connecting South China and Central China.
