Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Kang County is located in the southeastern part of Gansu Province in China, belonging to Longnan City, and is situated at the junction of Shaanxi, Gansu and Sichuan Provinces.
