Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Jinxi County is located in the eastern part of Jiangxi Province, China, under the city of Fuzhou, and is situated in the transition zone between the Ganfu Plain and the Wuyi Mountains. With a total area of 1,358 square kilometers and a population of about 300,000, the county has a subtropical monsoon climate with four distinct seasons. Jinxi has a long history, founded in the Northern Song Dynasty and named after the Jinxi water in its territory.
