Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Jing County is located in the southeastern part of Hebei Province, China, under the jurisdiction of Hengshui City, and is situated at an important node of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Synergistic Development Zone. With a total area of 1,183 square kilometers and a population of about 530,000, it is a typical agricultural and industrial county in the North China Plain.
Anciently known as "Jingzhou", Jing County has a history of more than 1,500 years of establishment and is the hometown of Dong Zhongshu, a Confucian scholar of the Western Han Dynasty. The county has a warm temperate continental monsoon climate, with Shide Railway and Hengde Expressway running through the whole territory, about 120 kilometers away from Xiong'an New Area.The GDP of the county will reach 18 billion yuan in 2022, with the formation of three major leading industries, namely, rubber and plastic products, steel tower construction and modern logistics, and the active development of new energy equipment manufacturing and other emerging fields.
