Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Jiexi County is located in the eastern part of Guangdong Province, China, under Jieyang City, and is situated at the junction of the Chaoshan Plain and the mountainous area.
