Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Jianping County is located in the western part of Liaoning Province, China, under Chaoyang City, and is situated at the border of Liao, Hebei and Mongolia provinces and regions.
