Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Located in the northern part of Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture in Yunnan Province, Jianchuan is a bright cultural pearl on the plateau of northwestern Yunnan.
