Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Hengshan Mountain is located in the southeastern part of Heilongjiang Province of China, belonging to Qitaihe City, and is situated at the western foot of the Wanda Mountain Range, bordering with Didao District of Jixi City in the east, Chengzihe District of Jixi City in the south, Jiejiahe District of Qitaihe City in the west, and Huachuan County in the north.
