Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Guichi, the main city of Chizhou, Anhui Province, is located on the south bank of the Yangtze River, in the transition zone between the mountainous areas of southern Anhui and the Yangtze River plain, and is an important node city of the Yangtze River Economic Belt. Guizhi, known as "Qiu Pu" in ancient times, has a history of more than 1,400 years since it was established in the Tang Dynasty, and has been known as "the land of a thousand poets".
