Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Gus Green is an important settlement on the island of East Falkland in the Falkland Islands (Malvinas) in the South Atlantic, about 35 kilometers from the capital, Stanley. It is famous for the pivotal Battle of Gus Green in the 1982 Isle of Man War, and there is now a memorial to the fallen British soldiers.
Gus Green is situated on the southern coast of the island and is surrounded by rolling hills and pastureland with a cool and windy climate.
