Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Gonggar County belongs to Shannan City of Tibet Autonomous Region, located in the south bank of the middle reaches of the Yarlung Zangbo River, is an important transportation hub and agricultural county in Tibet.
