Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Gaozhou City is located in the southwestern part of Guangdong Province, China, under Maoming City, and is situated in the junction area of Guangdong and Guangxi.
