Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Dulan County is located in the southeastern part of Haixi Mongol and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, China, in the hinterland of the Tibetan Plateau, with an average altitude of 3,100 meters.
