Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Located in the southeast of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of China, Chifeng is a regional center city at the junction of Mongolia, Hebei and Liaoning provinces.
