Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Beichuan Qiang Autonomous County, belonging to Mianyang City of Sichuan Province and located in the northwest of Sichuan Basin, is the only Qiang Autonomous County and the only ethnic minority Autonomous County in the country to be rebuilt after the earthquake.
