Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Baokang County, belonging to Xiangyang City, Hubei Province, is located in the northwestern part of Hubei Province, belonging to the hinterland of the Jingshan Mountain Range, and is the only mountainous county in Xiangyang City. With a forest coverage of 87.8% and a high concentration of negative oxygen ions, Baokang County is known as a "natural oxygen bar".
