Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Anyuan County is located in the south of Jiangxi Province in China, belonging to the city of Ganzhou, and is situated at the confluence of the Wuyi and Nanling mountain ranges. The county has a total area of 2,375 square kilometers and a population of about 350,000, with Hakka culture as the main humanistic feature.
With a forest coverage of over 80%, Anyuan County is home to the National Forest Park, Sanbaishan Mountain, the source of the Dongjiang River, and is known as the "drinking water source of Guangdong and Hong Kong". It is an important inheritance place of Hakka culture, preserving intangible cultural heritages such as round-house complexes and tea-picking operas, and organizing Hakka Folklore and Culture Festival every year.
