Delingha is the capital of Haixi Mongol and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Qinghai Province, China, located in the northeastern part of the Tibetan Plateau, on the edge of the Qaidam Basin, with an average altitude of about 2,980 meters. Known for its unique natural landscape and diverse ethnic cultures, this city is one of the major economic and cultural centers of Qinghai Province.
Delingha boasts rich tourism resources, including natural attractions such as Koruk Lake, Tosu Lake (Twin Lakes) and Cypress Mountain, as well as traditional Mongolian and Tibetan cultural experiences. The climate is dry and cool, suitable for summer vacation. As a nodal city of the "Belt and Road", Delingha is developing rapidly in new energy and animal husbandry, with a population of about 100,000, characterized by a harmonious multi-ethnic community.
Same, the capital of Timor-Leste's Ainaro District, is located about 50 kilometers south of the capital, Dili, in the mountainous interior and is an important agricultural and transportation hub for the country.
