Dejiang is located in the northeastern part of Guizhou Province, the western part of Tongren City, the hinterland of Wuling Mountain Area, the middle and lower reaches of Wujiang River, which is the transportation node connecting the Qianzhong Economic Zone and the southeast of Chongqing. It is a transportation node connecting the Qianzhong Economic Zone and the southeast of Chongqing. It has a beautiful ecological environment, high forest coverage, and the Wujiang River passes through the area, forming the magnificent landscape of "Wujiang Hundred Mile Gallery". As the Tujia-Miao autonomous county, Dejiang rich ethnic culture, Nuo opera, lanterns and other non-heritage culture is unique, including Nuo opera mask production techniques are included in the national intangible cultural heritage. In recent years, Dejiang relying on ecological advantages of the development of tea industry, Chinese herbal medicine planting, while building Fanjingshan Tourism Loop node, promote the integration of agriculture, culture and tourism, and become an emerging eco-tourism destination in northeast Guizhou.
Located in the southern part of Azerbaijan, Satre District is an important administrative division of the country, known for its natural beauty and agricultural economy. With a total area of about 770 square kilometers and a population of about 100,000, the district is situated in the belt of the Lesser Caucasus Mountains, with a mountainous terrain and a mild climate suitable for the cultivation of cereals and fruits.

The economy is predominantly agricultural, producing wheat, grapes and nuts. Traditional Azerbaijani culture is preserved in the region, with handicrafts and folk festivals attracting tourists. The Satre district is easily accessible by road, connecting major cities and serving as an important gateway for exploring the south of Azerbaijan.
