Dedza is a city in central Malawi, about 60 kilometers south of the capital, Lilongwe, in the highlands of Malawi, known for its cool and pleasant climate and magnificent natural beauty. It is an important agricultural area in Malawi, producing high quality tobacco, tea and maize, and is also known for its local handicrafts.
