Dechang County belongs to Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan Province, located in the southwest Sichuan Anning River Valley, located in the hinterland of West Panzhi strategic resource innovation and development, known as the "Pearl of Southwest Sichuan", "the land of fish and rice" reputation.
