Located in Suining City, Sichuan Province, China, Daying County is situated in the hinterland of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone, and is an important county-level administrative region in central Sichuan. Established in 1997, it covers an area of about 701 square kilometers and has a population of about 500,000 people.
