Located in the northwestern part of Heilongjiang Province, Daxinganling is the northernmost high-latitude mountain range in China, and is known as the "Arctic Village" and the "Great Green Wall" across the river from Russia. Here belongs to the cold temperate continental monsoon climate, long cold winters, short cool summers, breeding the Xing'an larch-based primary forests, forest coverage of 81.2%, is China's important ecological security barrier and timber strategic reserve base. With wild berry resources such as blueberries and lingonberries, as well as rare wild animals such as moose and sable, it is a natural gene pool of flora and fauna. At the same time, it is a place where Oroqen, Ewenke and other minorities live, and the unique hunting culture and forest ecology are blended, forming the distinctive characteristics of "Northern Territory Scenery, Sea of Forests and Snowy Plains", and it is a resort for eco-tourism and folklore experience.
Located in the southern part of Azerbaijan, Satre District is an important administrative division of the country, known for its natural beauty and agricultural economy. With a total area of about 770 square kilometers and a population of about 100,000, the district is situated in the belt of the Lesser Caucasus Mountains, with a mountainous terrain and a mild climate suitable for the cultivation of cereals and fruits.
