Located in the northern part of China's Guizhou Province, Daochen Gelao-Miao Autonomous County, under Zunyi City and neighboring Chongqing City, is the gateway to the northern part of Guizhou and a major town of minority culture. The county covers an area of 2,156 square kilometers and has a population of about 350,000, with Gelao and Miao minorities accounting for more than 80% of the total population.
It has beautiful natural scenery, with ecological scenic spots such as Dasha River National Nature Reserve and Furong River Canyon, and rich biodiversity.
