Daowai District is a municipal district under the jurisdiction of Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, China, located in the eastern part of downtown Harbin City, along the Songhua River. As one of the oldest districts in Harbin, Daowai District is known for its rich history and culture and unique architectural style, especially the Chinese Baroque Complex, which blends Chinese and Western elements and shows the appearance of a commercial port at the beginning of the 20th century. The district is one of the commercial and transportation hubs of Harbin, with several traditional markets, food streets and cultural heritage sites, such as the Old Daowai Food Street and Jingyu Street. The economy is dominated by commerce, services and tourism, while retaining a strong sense of local life. Conveniently connected to the city via subway and bus, Daowai is an important destination for experiencing the history and folklore of Harbin.
Located in the southern part of Azerbaijan, Satre District is an important administrative division of the country, known for its natural beauty and agricultural economy. With a total area of about 770 square kilometers and a population of about 100,000, the district is situated in the belt of the Lesser Caucasus Mountains, with a mountainous terrain and a mild climate suitable for the cultivation of cereals and fruits.

The Satre district is easily accessible by road, connecting major cities and serving as an important gateway for exploring the south of Azerbaijan.
