Daning County is located in the northwest of Linfen City, Shanxi Province, at the southern foot of the Luliang Mountains, the Yellow River on the east bank, is a typical county of the Loess Plateau gully area, and the Yellow River across the Yellow River in Yonghe County, Shaanxi Province. The county covers an area of 963 square kilometers, with a population of about 60,000 people.
