Jiangsu Dafeng is located in the eastern part of Jiangsu Province, on the shore of the Yellow Sea, and belongs to Yancheng City, which is an important node city in the northern wing of the Yangtze River Delta. With the World Natural Heritage Yellow Sea Wetland of China and Dafeng Elk National Nature Reserve as the habitat of the world's largest wild population of elk, Dafeng is known as the "Home of the Elk", and is endowed with unique ecological resources. Located in the northwestern part of China's Guizhou Province, Weining is an autonomous county under the jurisdiction of Bijie City, situated on the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, with an average altitude of about 2,200 meters and a predominantly plateau mountainous climate. As a multi-ethnic settlement, Weining is characterized by Yi, Hui and Miao cultures, with rich ethnic traditions and festivals.
