Dafang Hui Autonomous County, referred to as Dafang, belongs to Langfang City, Hebei Province, and is located in the core zone of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei synergistic development, only 30 kilometers away from Beijing Tiananmen Square in a straight line in the west, neighboring with Beijing's subcenter of Tongzhou in the south, and connecting with Xianghe of Hebei in the north, and is the nearest autonomous county of ethnic minorities in Hebei Province. The county covers an area of 176 square kilometers and has a population of about 130,000, of which 1/3 is Hui, and the rich Hui culture has mingled with Han traditions to form unique folk customs.
As a "bridgehead" of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei synergistic development, Dafang, relying on the location advantage, actively undertake Beijing's non-capital function dissolution, and formed a modern equipment manufacturing, leisure food, cultural creativity, modern agriculture as the leading industrial system. Among them, the halal food industry is unique, "Dafang beef and mutton" is famous in Beijing and Tianjin; the traditional furniture manufacturing industry has a long history, and "Beijing-made classical furniture" technology has been inherited. At the same time, it has a beautiful ecological environment, with the Chaobai River running through it, making it an important ecological barrier and leisure destination in the eastern part of the capital.
Sevan is a small town in the Armenian province of Gegharkunik, located in the eastern part of the country on the shores of Lake Sevan, about 66 kilometers from the capital city of Yerevan. The town is famous for its eponymous alpine lake, Lake Sevan, one of the largest freshwater lakes in Eurasia, at an altitude of about 1,900 meters above sea level, which is known as the "Pearl of Armenia".
Lake Sevan is surrounded by magnificent landscapes and crystal clear waters, making it an important tourist and recreational destination in Armenia. The town boasts historical monuments such as the Sevan Monastery, a 9th-century monastery situated on a peninsula overlooking the lake, which attracts many tourists and pilgrims. The local economy is based on fishing, tourism and agriculture, and the climate is cool enough for summer vacations.
With a population of around 20,000, the town of Sevan retains its traditional Armenian culture, while the infrastructure is constantly being improved to provide accommodation and catering services. It is an ideal starting point for exploring the nature and history of the Caucasus and is easily accessible for short trips.
