Congtai District, belonging to Handan City, Hebei Province, is one of the central districts of Handan City, which is located at the junction of Jin, Hebei, Luyu and Henan provinces, and has been the hinterland of the Central Plains and the main transportation hub since ancient times. Because of the Warring States period Zhao Wuling Wang built here "Congtai" and named, a long history, deep cultural heritage, is the "National Historical and Cultural City" Handan's core area. Located in the southeastern part of Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, China, Luancheng is a county-level administrative region on the North China Plain, under the jurisdiction of Shijiazhuang City.
