Ciudad Maíz is a town in the southern part of the Mexican state of San Luis Potosí, located in the country's central plateau region and surrounded by rolling hills and fertile farmland. With a population of about 12,000 and an economy based on agriculture, this town retains a strong Mexican rural culture, with local residents growing crops such as corn, beans and cactus. With its pleasant climate and mild annual temperatures, Ciudad Maís is an ideal place to experience traditional Mexican rural life. Despite its small size, the town's quiet streets, brightly colored homes, and friendly community atmosphere attract visitors looking to get away from the hustle and bustle. Traditional local festivals such as the "Fiesta de la Harvest" showcase folk music, handicrafts and culinary specialties, bringing to life the charm of Mexico's rural culture.
São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
